Responsibilities
Responsible for managing staff, client assignments and projects and delivering a high-quality service
Assisting with overseeing office operations and staff, client service activities, quality, reporting, production revenue budget and forecasting
Working in conjunction with the Senior Manager/ Principal on maximizing performance including production revenue maximization, and staff development.
This includes coaching, advising, and supporting team members in meeting client and self-development expectations
Prepare tax returns
Provide detailed review and analysis of tax returns
Reviewing research findings and ensure conclusions are consistent with firm policies and professional standards
Requirements
3+ years of public accounting experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
CPA or EA
Well-versed about U.S. accounting standards
Proficient in accounting and financial reporting skills
Experience with: S-Corps, C-Corps, or Partnerships
Ability to work closely with clients to answer questions or to collect necessary information for tax service requirements
