Key Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of commercial roofing projects including safety, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
Ensure that project deadlines are met.
Ensure all project requirements are communicated to the team.
Provide project updates to the organization.
Manage the work of subcontractors.
Train and supervise employees.
Address customer concerns and questions.
Ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Demonstrated knowledge and experience with waterproofing and other types of roofing
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Nice to have: experience in healthcare, educational, government, and hospitality industries.
