Job Title: Pre-construction Project Manager
Location: Rochester, NY
Salary: $90k-$125k
Requirements: 5+ years experience in Project Management.

What You Will Be Doing
Facilitate the submittal process.
Procure labor and materials for projects through associated subcontractors and vendors.
Prepare near-term and critical path schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.
Review project plans and proposals.
Coordinate documentation and communication between field staff, executives, and clients.
Aide in business development efforts.
Other duties and assigned.
