Tax Manager We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a mix of individual and business tax experience. You will be responsible for leading a team to provide timely and accurate tax services to our clients.
Position Overview The Tax Manager is responsible for managing a team of tax professionals, handling client requests, and providing accurate tax advice to clients. The Tax Manager is required to have a solid understanding of tax law and excellent communication skills. This is a great opportunity to work on complex tax issues in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform complex tax research and analysis to advise clients on the most beneficial tax strategies.
Manage a team of tax professionals working on individual returns, business returns, and other tax-related tasks.
Lead client engagements with oversight from senior management.
Review and approve all work performed by the team for accuracy and quality.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and best practices.
Qualifications
CPA certification.
Minimum 5 years of experience in tax preparation and planning, both individual and business returns.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
