Position Overview: The Superintendent is responsible for monitoring and overseeing construction projects from start to finish. If you have a background in Water/Wastewater treatment/Facilities this could be a perfect match for you!
Key Responsibilities
Manage overall coordination of the project and all related activities
Develop and enforce safety protocols for construction sites
Coordinate with contractors and other project personnel
Manage scheduling, budgeting, and cost control
Proactively identify and resolve potential issues
Ensure project completion on time and within budget
Ensure quality control and environmental compliance
Qualifications
Extensive experience in the water, pipeline, and heavy civil construction industry
Strong understanding of wet utility, wastewater, earthwork, concrete, and electrical systems
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Knowledge of safety protocols and compliance standards
