We are seeking a highly skilled Ignition SCADA Engineer to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial automation and a deep understanding of SCADA systems. This role will involve designing, implementing, and maintaining SCADA solutions for clients in various industries, including automotive and aerospace.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement SCADA systems and HMI interfaces
Configure and troubleshoot SCADA software and hardware
Integrate SCADA systems with other industrial automation components
Provide technical support to clients and end-users within office hours
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience in SCADA system design and implementation
Strong knowledge of SCADA software (e.g. Ignition)
Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, VB.NET, or Python
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the automotive or aerospace industries
Certifications in SCADA or industrial automation
Familiarity with PLC programming and industrial communication protocols
