Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Architect Level III to lead the architectural design process for national commercial projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and have experience in healthcare and retail sectors. This position involves overseeing all aspects of project development, from initial planning to construction administration, while ensuring that projects are delivered with the highest standards of quality and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, design, and technical production of national commercial projects, with a focus on healthcare and retail sectors.
  • Provide architectural consultation to clients, ensuring their vision is met through creative, effective design solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers and team members to produce high-quality project deliverables.
  • Oversee the coordination and documentation of project drawings, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals.
  • Conduct on-site evaluations and analyses of existing conditions to inform project development.
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8 years of architectural experience preferred, with significant experience in healthcare or retail projects.
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture from a NAAB-accredited university.
  • Licensed Architect or in the process of obtaining licensure.
  • Proficiency in Revit is required; knowledge of BIM 360 is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage time effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities.
  • Self-directed with high energy, initiative, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
