Responsibilities
Meet and greet visitors and clients.
Manage customer service calls and direct them to appropriate personnel.
Manage the general customer service email and direct them to appropriate personnel.
Prepare paperwork, documentations, reports, and mailings.
Sort and distribute incoming mail.
Disburse all keys, fobs, gate clickers/transponders, etc. to customers.
Enter all incoming forms/correspondence into Tops Software to ensure client records are up to date.
Notarize documents for management as needed.
Miscellaneous data entry responsibilities.
Manage files, record systems, office supplies, track inventory, and maintain a clean work area.
Process rental and resale applications.
Provide backup and assistance to the management team with other tasks as they arise.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
Must be an active notary
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Tops Software experience is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Must be courteous and friendly with excellent phone skills.
Must be structured, organized, reliable, dependable and a multi-tasker.
Must be able to handle a fast-paced office/work environment with high call and email volume.
