We are seeking a professional, team oriented and engaging Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and provide exceptional customer service. 1-3 years previous corporate reception experience.
Duties
- Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls using proper phone etiquette
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Schedule conference rooms
- Ad hoc admin/clerical tasks
- Maintain a tidy reception area
- Utilize computer systems efficiently, especially MS Office
- Handle customer inquiries and provide basic support
Requirements
- Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
