Base Salary: $80,000-$100,000/yr.

Job Summary:

Lead and oversee the entire lifecycle of new customer projects, from initial engagement to delivery and operational hand-off.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage all facets of project execution from inception to production delivery and operational transition.
  • Analyze technical specifications and support commercial assessments.
  • Develop project timelines and plans.
  • Allocate resources effectively across development stages.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with customers.
  • Utilize software tools for scheduling and task allocation.
  • Coordinate activities among various departments such as Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Sales
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to project schedules.
  • Oversee contract review processes.
  • Maintain project documentation and schedules.
  • Provide progress reports and address issues with management.
  • Ensure project deadlines are met.
  • Facilitate project close-out and transfer lessons learned to operations.
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to optimize efficiency and share best practices.
  • Identify and connect key contributors to achieve project objectives.
  • Mobilize resources and manage project deployment adhering to health, safety, and environmental procedures.

Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required; Master's degree, preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience
  • Proficiency in contract manufacturing requirements and planning
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and assembly flow
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving project goals.
  • Proficient in project management techniques
  • Familiarity with relevant equipment and technologies
  • Ability to manage either single projects or a portfolio with interdependencies to meet business needs.
  • Experience in power conversion technology and applications, preferred.
