We are looking for an Audit Manager to join our team. The main responsibilities of this role include planning, organizing, and managing the audit process for clients, as well as ensuring high quality and accuracy of the audit process.
Key Responsibilities
Planning and executing the audit processes for clients.
Managing the preparation of financial statements in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
Monitoring and analyzing the internal control systems.
Leading the audit team and directing its activities.
Providing training and support to junior audit team members.
Developing and maintaining relationships with clients.
Preparing and reviewing audit reports.
Identifying potential risks and recommending solutions.
Collaborating with other teams and departments.
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of auditing regulations.
Qualifications
CPA certification.
At least 5 years of experience in auditing.
Strong knowledge of auditing theories and practices.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and General Ledger.
Nice To Have
Experience as an Audit Manager.
Knowledge of assurance, budgeting, and tax regulations.
Experience with CCH and Non-Profit organizations.
Experience with review engagements.
