What You Need For This Role
3+ years of professional experience managing commercial and residential projects.
Well-versed in change requests/orders, RFI's, contracts and subcontracts, etc.
Experience in contract drawings and specifications in mechanical construction projects or related
Preferred experience with the following softwares: Bluebeam, Procore, SalesForce, or other construction management software
