Job Description:

Position Overview
Our company is seeking an experienced Industrial Reliability Engineer to develop, implement, and oversee all preventative and predictive maintenance programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring maximum equipment uptime, reliability, and safety in our ethanol manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement preventative and predictive maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability
  • Conduct preventative repairs to minimize equipment downtime
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols
  • Collaborate with production teams to develop maintenance schedules that minimize impact on production goals
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement permanent solutions
  • Manage capital projects related to equipment upgrades and maintenance
  • Provide technical support to maintenance personnel
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the ethanol, agriculture, mining or related industry
  • Strong knowledge of preventative and predictive maintenance techniques
  • SMRP/CMRP, Six Sigma, and Green Belt preferred
  • Hands-on experience with grain, milling, pumps, liquids, food, and beverage equipment
  • Experience in mining, industrial, and R&D industries
  • Experience in capital project management and Lean principles
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and proficiency in pneumatics and filtration
  • Fluency in Spanish is a huge plus
  • Must be HUGE on safety!
