Superintendent - High End Restaurant and Retail Construction Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Superintendent to oversee high end restaurant and retail construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction best practices and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines are met and budgets are adhered to.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day construction activities and ensure project timelines are met
Provide leadership and direction to construction teams
Create and maintain project schedules and budgets
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations
Communicate regularly with project managers, clients, and subcontractors
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry
Experience in high end restaurant and retail construction
Strong understanding of construction best practices
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience with bid preparation and negotiating with subcontractors
Nice to have: Experience with big box retail construction and travel
