JOB TITLE: Executive Assistant
CONTRACT DURATION: 26 weeks
SHIFT: M-F 8-5pm
LOCATION: San Francisco, CA
*LOCALS ONLY* HYBRID-ONSITE 1-2 DAYS A WEEK
ONBOARDING TIME: Expect 2-3 weeks from offer acceptance to start date.
PAY: $23-26hr
DETAILS ABOUT THE POSITION
Candidates Must Have: 3-5 years of supporting executives within operations and finance
This position is to provide direct high-level executive and analytical administrative, operations, and project management support to the UCSF's organization. This position will support the Senior Associate Vice Chancellor and Chief Financial Officer.
EXPERIENCE: Proven experience in administrative roles within higher education and a focus on operations and finance with 3-5 years of executive support. Advanced skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, particularly Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Visio.
APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS • Documentation of Covid vaccination or medical/religious exemption. • Copy of diploma for highest level of completed education. • Two manager/supervisor references who you have worked with in the last two years.
