Scott Humphrey has partnered with one of our clients seeking a Project Manager for their Glass and Metal Division. The Project Manager will oversee projects from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement detailed project schedules, including labor planning for shop and field.
Act as the main contact between the company and key stakeholders like General Contractors, Architects, Engineers, and Owners.
Prepare and submit materials that meet project specifications and manage any substitution requests.
Ensure all projects comply with scope and contract documents.
Maintain and update project schedules to track milestones and deadlines.
Perform material take-offs and manage project costs for materials, labor, and equipment.
Generate and submit monthly cost reports, billings, and projections, and track change orders.
Manage purchase orders and material deliveries, ensuring optimal pricing.
Qualifications:
Must have experience working with a subcontractor within Glass and Glazing.
Strong understanding of business principles, financial analysis, and strategic planning.
Proven track record in managing projects from initiation to completion.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant project management software.
Willingness to acquire new skills and stay updated on industry trends.
