Job Description:

Harbor Care seeks a part-time Master's Level Mental Health Counselor, Social worker, or related major, to join our team as a School-based Mental Health Clinician working within the school systems of our community, therapeutically supporting students of all ages and helping them overcome mental and emotional issues.

This position is eligible for a $5,000 Sign-On Bonus

School-based Mental Health Clinicians will listen to clients and ask questions to help understand their problems and develop strategies to improve their lives. The counselor will diagnose, treat, and help clients create coping strategies. Will counsel, listen, support, and monitor the client for progress. Develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with school staff and other providers in order to effectively serve all clients. Enhance awareness of mental health needs; promote community understanding of mental health and to enhance community response to mental health problems. All qualified candidates must have a valid driver's license, good driving record, and reliable vehicle.
