Position: Property Maintenance Technician/ Driver
Department: Veteran Services
Reports to: Boulder Point Property Management
Pay Status: Part time, hourly, Non-Exempt
Location: 108 Boulder Point Drive, Plymouth, NH
Do you want to make sustainable change in our community? Harbor Care is seeking a talented and committed Property Maintenance Technician/Driver to help further our mission.
The Job: Perform routine building maintenance for our 30-unit apartment complex, including painting and minor electrical repairs and provide transportation as needed for clients.
