Day to Day Job Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls by the 2nd ring when possible
Direct calls to appropriate individuals
Greet clients as they arrive at the office for closings. Provide beverages and snacks, direct them to the conference room, and introduce the closer
Assist the team as needed
Make copies of ID's
Validate parking
Print all closing packages
Scan all closing packages in the correct format and send to the post-closing team
Send original loan documents to the lender via FedEx
Keep office neat, stocked, and ready for clients at all times
Maintain schedule for closings in office
Order all supplies
Perform all necessary admin duties for office and company
Conduct in office closings
Experience we are looking for:
Time management and organizational skills
Convey information clearly and concisely
Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced office setting
Experience conducting closings required
Multitasking
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; demonstrated ability to liaise with high-profile clients
High level of attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Must possess and demonstrate a sense of urgency
Ability to travel occasionally to other office locations
Must be reliable and punctual
