Hours: 7:30am-3:30pm. Times will vary based on elementary, middle school and high school.
Description: Quakertown School district is looking for a Registered Behavior tech (RBT) for their Lifeworks school located in Doylestown. This role would be supporting an 11 grade student in 1:1 at the Lifeworks school in Doylestown. The RBT would assist student with meeting academic and/or behavioral goals. The PCA would assist student with any supports/modifications needed to access facilities and curriculum, including physical support and adapting teaching materials.
This position goes through the summer and extends through the '24-'25 school year..
This job will have the following responsibilities:
- The RBT would assist student with meeting academic and/or behavioral goals.
- The PCA would assist student with any supports/modifications needed to access facilities and curriculum, including physical support and adapting teaching materials
- Associates degree preferred
- Will accept candidates without associates degree.
- Experience working with children in a school environment is required (6 months minimum)
- 20 hours of professional development to be completed during course of assignment on-site.
