Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide general administrative support, including scheduling, answering calls, and managing emails.

  • Assist with document preparation, filing, and data entry.

  • Coordinate meetings, prepare reports, and maintain office supplies.

  • Support the team with ad-hoc tasks and special projects as needed.

  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure accuracy in all tasks.


Qualifications:



  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
