Job Description:

Job Title: Administrative Assistant (bilingual)


Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (some weekends required)


Job Location: College Grove (onsite)


Salary Range: $22 to $32 per hour (depending on experience)


Job Summary:


As Administrative Assistant, you will enhance the office operations excel in clerical and secretarial duties promoting, smooth interactions for a professional workplace.

• managing office communications


• managing calendars


• coordinating meetings and events


• overseeing supplies


• training staff


• executing mid to high level administrative tasks

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or Associate degree in a related field.


• 1-8 years of Administrative Assistant and Receptionist experience.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office and video conference platforms (like Zoom, and Microsoft Teams)


• Bilingual in Spanish


• Non-profit experience is a plus
