We are currently looking for a full-time WELDER to join the BSC team!


Job Responsibilities of a Welder:

• Ability to Mig, Tig, Bore-Tech, Pulse, and Submerged-Arc Weld
• Use plasma cutting, acetylene torch and air arc equipment
• Use precision measuring devices to ensure proper sizing
• Check tolerances, dimensions, and specifications by using precision instruments, such as outside/inside micrometers, spring gauges (inside/outside), telescoping gauges, chrome thickness gauge, and chrome hardness gauge
• Maintain cleanliness of work and tooling area
• Adhere to all relevant health, safety and environmental policies and procedure

Job Requirements of a Welder:

• Some college or certifications preferred
• 2+ years' of welding experience or equivalent education is preferred
• Knowledge of various welding techniques
• Basic computer skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to interpret prints and drawings
• Ability to work independently
• Overtime may be required based on customer demand
