Job Description:

The Machine Operator position is critical in the manufacturing of these high-quality products. Responsible for maintaining a safe and clean work environment utilizing 5S principles and adhering to all safety guidelines.


Job Summary


* Continually monitor machine operation to ensure product is within specifications
* Make minor machine adjustments, as needed, throughout production run
* Assist with change-overs and equipment cleaning
* Help troubleshoot issues as they arise
* Maintain standard production rates within quality specifications, and continual focus on minimizing waste while maintaining machine up-time
* Assist with moving material, as needed


Job Requirements


* Prior manufacturing experience in a team-based industrial work environment
* High school diploma or GED equivalent
* Ability to lift, carry, stand and walk for extended periods of time
* Open availability/flexibility to work overtime as needed
* Reliable and accountable for attendance and performance
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Mechanical/Technical aptitude preferred
