Position: Promotions Marketing Manager Position Overview:
Join USA Today Network Ventures and Promotions, which supports Gannett with Promotions resources companywide. This role is ideal for individuals that possess strong marketing, design, and digital skills.
Core Responsibilities:
Create marketing elements for multichannel promotions. This includes concept development as well as market ready sales collateral, print and digital promotion, email marketing, and social campaigns
Build Online Promotions using Second Street platform CSM
Customize Collateral and House Ads for Promotions that are aligned to events as well as promotions that leverage market opportunity
Project management for each promotion ensuring deadlines for registration and execution are achieved
Work with local markets for campaign development and support markets with great customer service skills, very often juggling several campaigns at the same time.
Required Skills:
Development of Print, Digital, Email and Social Marketing assets using Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe Photoshop.
Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Microsoft Programs (Excel and Word)
HTML/CSS skills needed; you will use these on a daily basis
Experience in Google Analytics
Knowledge and understanding of Email campaign best practices preferred
Strong Customer Service and Communication Skills
Copywriting skills preferred

The annualized base salary for this role will range between $45,000 and $64,000. Base compensation is reflective of many factors, including, but not limited to, the market in which one lives/works, individual education level, skills, certifications and experience. Note: variable compensation is not reflected in these figures and based on the role, may be applicable.
