Manager of DevOps
LHH is currently conducting a direct hire search for an Azure DevOps Manager in Phoenix, AZ with great Cloud experience. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a growing office and a collaborative team. Review the job requirements below and please apply if you feel you are a good fit.
Responsibilities:
Work with development and quality assurance teams and provide support for the deployment pipeline
Will be responsible for daily, hands-on leadership of DevOps team, consisting of 5+ FTE
Ensure that all system configuration for servers are placed into configuration management and ensure that provisioning of systems are done in a reliable, repeatable, and consistent manner
Build new project templates for team city and octopus deploy for use by development teams for "self-service" application deployments
Reduce the amount of time fixing and troubleshooting configuration differences
Allow for deployment of systems into new or varied environments
Reduce the amount of time to provision new systems
Create tools and processes that improve the ability to provision systems quickly
Ensure that all tools and processes are documented and checked into version control, treating infrastructure and deployments as code
Qualifications:
At least 1+ years of experience as a DevOps Manager or Lead
5+ years of experience in DevOps or Systems Operations
Experience working with Azure in a hands-on technical capacity is preferred
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
Ideal candidates will have a background in Enterprise environments
Experience with having worked at a company with 2,000+ employees is also highly preferred
