This individual will be responsible for overseeing complex projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget. Skill Set:
A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred; however, extensive relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction industry, with at least 5 years in a senior project management or equivalent role.
Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and direct teams toward a shared vision and purpose.
Highly skilled in utilizing the Microsoft productivity suite, including email management, spreadsheet analysis, and collaborative communication tools.
Experience in managing large-scale land development projects is highly desirable.
