We are seeking an Analytics Team Lead to be part of our Customer Success team. This person needs to have both client-facing skills and an analytics/math background. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the success of our clients by analyzing data and providing actionable insights and recommended actions. You will work closely with our clients to understand their goals and objectives, identify areas of opportunity, and develop strategies to achieve their desired outcomes. You will also collaborate with the customer success and analytics teams, serving as the analytics lead.

Responsibilities:

? Analyze client data either via the Returnalyze dashboard or by using coding languages such as SQL to create reports and identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.

? Serve as the team's analytics lead, QA'ing work of customer success team members and junior analysts.

? Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams, advocating for the needs of the client and providing

feedback to inform product development.

? Work closely with clients to understand their goals and objectives, and develop strategies to achieve them.

? Maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a point of contact for any questions or concerns.

? Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in analytics and client success.

? Learn about and be able to speak to the returns industry and Returnalyze's proprietary solution and capabilities.

About You:

? At least two years of interfacing with clients/customers

? Strong SQL language skills. Experience with Snow?ake, Looker (LookML), BigQuery, Python, Vertex AI, and related technologies is a plus.

? Bachelor's degree in data analytics, data science, statistics, business analytics or a related ?eld.

? Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets.

? Familiarity with causal impact analysis (A/B testing, causal inference from observational data) and predictive models.

? Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data and insights in a clear and concise manner.

? Proven ability to build strong relationships, and to work collaboratively with teams.

? Ability to prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

? Have a general understanding of the retail business.
