Position

We are currently seeking a full-time Market Director to establish, build, recruit, and lead a team of commercial real estate agents and brokers in Jacksonville, FL. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar leadership role within a commercial real estate brokerage or company.

Key attributes for this role include exceptional leadership capabilities, strong recruitment skills, sales acumen, and extensive operational and management experience. A comprehensive knowledge of the Jacksonville commercial real estate market is required.

In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the Realty Companies brand presence throughout Jacksonville. We will provide extensive training and resources to support the successful launch and development of these teams statewide.

Essential Job Functions
  • Build and lead a team of agents and brokers across the state, driving their success and growth.
  • Partner with the company recruiter and corporate team to attract and onboard top talent.
  • Facilitate goal-setting and drive the team to achieve ambitious objectives.
  • Represent and uphold the Realty Companies brand and culture in all interactions.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive market maps and databases to support strategic decision-making.
  • Master and teach our in-house processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Provide recommendations to enhance processes, improve efficiencies, and boost overall team performance.
  • Cultivate and establish new client relationships to expand our market presence.
  • Drive transactions to the closing table, ensuring successful outcomes for all parties involved.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by personally investing in client satisfaction and maintaining the highest standards.
  • Collaborate with the design team to review and ensure brand consistency in marketing materials, emails, and other client-facing communications.
  • Work closely with the corporate trainer to support onboarding and monitor daily performance.
  • Secure listings to strengthen business stability and enhance brand visibility.

Education and Experience
  • Licensed to practice real estate in the state of Florida
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience
  • A proven track record of closed commercial properties
  • A proven successful track record of building & managing teams & being a leader.
  • Strong work ethic
  • Good morals
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Products (ex: Word, Sheets, etc.)
  • Takes initiative and is a self-starter. Can identify a need and work toward a solution without requiring direction
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and oral/written communication skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong research, writing, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships - proven record of providing excellent customer service, both internally and externally
  • Effective time manager - proven ability to consistently manage multiple projects with accuracy, set priorities, and meet deadlines
  • Brings high energy, enjoys a fast-paced environment, and is driven to succeed
  • Keen ability to work efficiently, whether autonomously or as a member of a team
