This project is to implement Genesys Call Center with integration into Salesforce. Genesys is not required but experience with telephone systems and implementing communications is required.
Qualifying Criteria-
Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems or related field
7 years' of experience working in a IT Project Management role
3 years' of experience managing projects in an Agile environment
Experience with telephone systems & implementing communications
Expertise in Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
Agile project management tools such as Jira or Rally preferred
PMP or PMPACP certification a preferred
Familiarity with Agile engineering practices such as Test Driven Development

General Purpose
Operating within the core values and operating principles of the organization, manages moderately complex application development and IT infrastructure projects typically 6 - 12 months in length. Project Managers are responsible for facilitating project lifecycle activities such as initiation, kickoff and ceremonies such as Standup, Backlog Grooming, Retrospectives and Story Mapping. Project tasks include estimating, planning, resourcing, budgeting, development, quality assurance, deployment and post-production support.
Position Responsibilities
Manage diverse project teams which may include a variety of cross-functional resources such as developers, quality analysts, business analysts and project sponsors
Define the project schedule
Manage project budget, scope and risk
Remove impediments for the project team with a focus on delivery
Manage deployment planning and execution
Provide status to all levels of Project and Executive team members
As Scrum Master, coach the project team in Agile approaches to project execution
