Our client, a leader in the power sports industry, is seeking an experienced Customer Experience Representative for a 6+ month contract to hire position in Spokane Valley, WA. This role is Hybrid, onsite Tues-Thurs and remote on Monday and Fridays.
JOB SUMMARY
As a Customer Experience Representative, you are responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions. You will be a part of an elite team of professionals who are dedicated to ensuring the customer's experience is positive and memorable.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide timely customer service responses
Follow customer support guidelines as established by customer experience supervisor
Answering customer inquiries, diagnoses and resolves customer issues
Fulfill customer service requests via phone, email, email, chat, or in person
Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships and excellent customer service
Handle customer complaints
Developing and documenting knowledge into helpful content
Maintaining a sound understanding and adherence to the quality policies
Must be proficient or able to learn the use of Netsuite ERP system
Be a knowledge expert with the products and provide product information
Work closely with other departments including sales, marketing, and product development to ensure customer needs are being met and products are being developed in a customer centric manner
Open/close procedures for retail space
Complete transactions accurately and efficiently while engaging customers
Perform other assigned tasks and duties as necessary
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EDUCATION
High School degree or equivalent education required
1-3 years of customer service or related experience
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including active listening
Proven initiative and creative approaches to problem solving
Adapt quickly to new systems and processes
MS Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Strong attention to detail, goal oriented
Able to work well in a team environment
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
