Salary: $110,000 - $125,000 base + benefits

Role Overview:

As a Senior Product Analyst, you will be a key player in shaping data-driven product strategies. You will collaborate closely with product managers and cross-functional teams to analyze product performance, conduct A/B testing, and deliver actionable insights. Your work will inform critical decisions and drive product improvements that directly influence the success of students and partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze product usage data to uncover insights and improve feature adoption.
  • Lead the design, execution, and interpretation of A/B tests to optimize user experience.
  • Create and maintain dashboards that communicate product performance to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into analytical research questions.
  • Build reports that provide actionable insights and drive strategic product recommendations.
  • Validate and ensure the accuracy of data models and pipelines.

Your Skills & Experience:
  • Degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Business.
  • 4+ years of experience in product analytics
  • Expertise in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
  • Proven experience conducting A/B testing and using statistical analysis to drive decisions.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights for diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience with predictive modeling or machine learning is a plus.
