Perform administrative duties related to department records, files, and training
Purchase Order (PO) processing
Assist with generating, modifying, and organizing documentation (both hard and digital copies) such as procedures, risk analysis, and other EHS-related documents
Assist with the approval of safety supplies, equipment, and uniform processing
Support investigations of accidents, injuries, near-misses, and non-compliance with safety procedures; complete related reports and documentation
Coordinate meetings with various stakeholders, including departments and third parties
Assist with Worker's Compensation record keeping, inspections, assessments, surveys, program evaluations, and statistics
Qualifications:
High School Diploma required; some college preferred
