My client is a top commercial general contractor who has a strong backlog of projects in Dallas & Austin. As a result, we are looking for a new commercial superintendent to join the team. What You Will Be Doing
Manage the site and daily production.
Create and maintain a safe job site.
Coordinate and supervise all construction activities.
Create & maintain construction schedule, identify and solve problems.
Order materials and schedule inspections as necessary throughout the process.
Organize and direct all self-perform work on site.
Direct the completion of the project on schedule, within budget, with quality workmanship that conforms to original plans and specifications.
What You Need For This Position
5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction.
Experience with new ground up construction for a large general contractor.
A strong track record of completing projects on time.
Experience with projects over $25M in value.
OSHA 30 or 500.
Proven leadership abilities.
