My client is a top commercial construction firm specializing in tenant improvement and interior buildouts. We are looking for a senior superintendent with experience in commercial TI to join the team. What You Will Be Doing
Manage daily operations in the field on assigned projects.
Assist in schedule creation and ensure it is closely followed.
Ensure safety measures are followed on all job sites.
Work with preconstruction manager and project manager on preconstruction.
Attend weekly OAC meetings as well as site meetings.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Experience Needed
7+ years of superintendent experience.
Strong experience with commercial tenant improvement projects.
Proven track record of completing projects on time and under budget.
Experience with scheduling and safety.
Proficient with MS Office and able to learn softwares as required.
Bachelors degree beneficial but not required.
Benefits
