Requirements: 7+ Years' Experience as Construction Estimator on projects related to any of the following: Healthcare, Life Science, Commercial, K-12, Higher education, etc.
This is a full time/ permanent position with a 200-person general contractor with a wide range of ground-up projects across Healthcare, Education, Commercial, etc. We are well established with consistent work and a backlog of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Review project plans, specifications, and related documents to understand the scope of work.
Prepare detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.
Analyze project requirements and identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
Collaborate with project managers to develop and maintain project budgets.
Conduct site visits to gather information and verify existing conditions.
Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in estimating ground-up Projects
Projects related to any of the following: Healthcare, Life Science, Commercial, K-12, Higher education, etc.
Projects exceeding $30M
Proficiency in estimating software.
Understanding of CSI Master Format
Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
DESTINI Estimator experience is a plus
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
Effective communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
