Superintendent Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing on-site operations, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of construction sites
Coordinate and supervise construction activities
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
Schedule and oversee subcontractors and laborers
Monitor project progress and report status to stakeholders
Conduct inspections to ensure quality and accuracy of work
Manage project budgets and resources effectively
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry
Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and regulations
Experience in Heavy Civil, Sitework, and Dirt projects
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
