FSR Analyst Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated FSR Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, ensuring their continued success and satisfaction.
Active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to clients, resolving issues in a timely manner
Work closely with internal teams to troubleshoot and diagnose technical problems
Develop and maintain technical documentation and training materials
Assist with hardware and software installations and configurations
Conduct system testing and evaluation
Perform regular system maintenance and upgrades
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues
Provide training and support to end-users
Qualifications
DoD Secret Clearance Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Proficiency in Python, HTML, RUBY, Java, and other programming languages
Experience with server administration and network management
Familiarity with GAIA, Foundry, and Gotham
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other productivity tools
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
