Job Description:

We have a current opportunity for a Executive Assistant, FP&A, Investor Relations and Treasury on a permanent basis. The position will be based in Richmond.

My client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide top-tier support to their Finance, Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Investor Relations, and Treasury teams.

Position Overview:
As the Executive Assistant, you will be the right hand to senior executives within the FP&A, Investor Relations, and Treasury departments. Your role will be critical in ensuring the smooth operation of these teams by managing a wide range of administrative tasks, coordinating high-level activities, and facilitating communication across departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Executive Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling travel arrangements.
  • Communication Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and reports. Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Document Management: Oversee the preparation, review, and distribution of financial documents, investor presentations, and other critical materials.
  • Event Planning: Assist in planning and executing investor relations events, roadshows, and other corporate functions.
  • Project Support: Work closely with the FP&A, Investor Relations, and Treasury teams on various projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.

Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years senior level administration experience in a fast-paced corporate setting
  • Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior executives and external stakeholders.
  • Professionalism: A high level of professionalism, discretion, and judgment, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Education: High School Diploma
