Project Manager/Estimator Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Project Manager/Estimator with a strong background in concrete coatings and polishing to oversee and coordinate various commercial projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, estimating project costs, and ensuring successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Developing and managing project schedules, timelines, and budgets
Estimating project costs, materials, and labor
Coordinating with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project success
Overseeing and managing project teams and subcontractors
Ensuring project quality, safety, and compliance with regulations
Managing project documentation and reporting
Collaborating with sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
5+ years of experience in project management and estimating, preferably in concrete coatings and polishing
Strong knowledge of concrete coatings, polishing, and floor coating materials
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment
Experience in commercial sales and business development is a plus
Benefits
Salary: $85k-$110k DOE
