Right now we are looking for a Front End Developer to join the team.
Role Overview:
As a Front-End Developer, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining responsive websites for a diverse range of clients, including political campaigns, advocacy groups, and businesses. You will work closely with the design and development teams to create engaging user experiences that meet client objectives and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain responsive websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Collaborate with designers to implement pixel-perfect designs from wireframes and prototypes
- Optimize web pages for speed, scalability, and SEO
- Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility
- Work with CMS platforms like WordPress, Webflow, or Shopify
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
- Assist with front-end performance optimization and user experience improvements
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Front-End Developer or similar role
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive web design principles
- Familiarity with CSS preprocessors (e.g., SASS, LESS)
- Understanding of version control (e.g., Git)
- Knowledge of web performance optimization and SEO best practices
- Experience with WordPress and Webflow
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field (or equivalent experience)

- Salary range of $50,000 to $60,000, depending on experience

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

Work Environment:
This is a full-time position based in Miami, FL. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to the downtown office or plan to relocate before starting work. The position follows a hybrid schedule: working 8:00am to 5:00pm from the office Monday through Wednesday and from home on Thursdays and Fridays.
