We are currently partnered with a large-scale building material manufacturer, with operations across the globe, that are looking to add a Quality Manager to one of their most crucial facilities in south Boston, MA.
This individual will be responsible for the upgrading the QMS system, alongside the transition into the facilities ISO9001 certification being obtained.
Responsibilities:
Ensure QMS meets internal, legal, regulatory and ISO90001 requirements.
Ensure consistent reporting metrics through quality systems.
Oversee the quality of incoming materials.
Review on manufacturing processes, and how those go to affect product quality.
Manage a team of technicians.
Ensure end-product conformity of products manufactured in the facility.
Complete data collection and analysis of product quality.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree Education
6 years of relevant experience (leadership/mentorship experience preferred)
