What You'll Do:
Manage Mobile Devices: Implement and maintain mobile device management for seamless OS and configuration management.
Standardize Machine Images: Create and maintain consistent machine images for easy support and setup.
Integrate Systems: Handle integrations between software applications and our single sign-on (SSO) system for streamlined user access.
Maintain Networks: Ensure our network performs optimally and securely.
Conduct Security Audits: Perform security audits and manage user accounts in SaaS applications.
Deploy Equipment: Oversee the deployment of machines and equipment to employees.
Manage IT Assets: Keep track of company IT assets, including user assignments and locations.
Update Systems: Apply updates, patches, and configuration changes to maintain compatibility and security.
Support IT Team: Provide escalated support for complex IT issues.
Document Everything: Create and maintain documentation for systems, equipment, and security.
Handle Building Security: Manage the building security system and issue access fobs.
What You Bring:
Experience: 5+ years in IT systems architecture and administration.
Skills: Advanced knowledge of JAMF, Chocolatey, Intune MDM, Entra ID, OS deployment, PowerShell scripting, and SSO system integrations.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Communication: Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.
Independence: Ability to work independently and as a self-starter.
Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Relevant technology certifications preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
