You will provide mid-level technical support and expertise in various IT systems, specifically focusing on military housing systems, including AHOUS and HEHRR. You will work closely with senior consultants to deliver technical solutions, support system optimization efforts, and ensure the effective deployment of system enhancements. Your role includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to assess requirements, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure compliance with DoD and Army regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical guidance and support for the Army Housing Online User Services (AHOUS) and HEHRR systems.
Assist in the configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of applications and network environments.
Work on the development and integration of software solutions aligned with Army and DoD standards.
Conduct system testing, validation, and performance analysis to ensure optimized functionality.
Support senior consultants in developing technical documentation, reports, and presentations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
5+ years of relevant experience in IT consulting, systems engineering, or technical support.
Familiarity with military IT systems, especially within housing management domains, is preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.
Knowledge of DoD and Army IT security and compliance requirements.
