Position Overview:

The PMO Lead will oversee the Branch Network Footprint Optimization Project, a strategic initiative to optimize Wikoff Color's geographical coverage. This role involves leading cross-functional teams to analyze, plan, and implement the restructuring of branch operations to enhance efficiency, cost management, and customer service. The successful candidate will ensure alignment with organizational objectives, managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications throughout the project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the Branch Network Footprint Optimization Project from inception to completion; utilize output resulting from recently completed analysis by industry leading consultant TBM.
  • Validate estimated quantified value resulting from overall project execution and identify additional sources of value beyond the original TBM project scope.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to define project goals, key performance indicators, and deliverables.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of the current branch network, identifying areas for consolidation, relocation, or restructure.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., sales, operations, finance) to gather data and develop detailed action plans. .
  • Ensure optimal resource allocation and manage project risks, issues, and changes.
  • Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and adjust as necessary to meet deadlines and budgetary constraints.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive collaboration and gather input from cross-functional teams.
  • Implement best practices in project management, ensuring all project documentation and reporting are up to date.
  • Manage relationships with external consultants or vendors as needed for project success.
  • Monitor and evaluate project outcomes to ensure objectives are achieved and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Operations, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum of 7 years of project management experience, ideally within operations, logistics, or footprint optimization.
  • Proven track record of leading large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • PMP or similar project management certification is preferred.
  • Familiarity with "Hub and Spoke" manufacturing operations is a plus.
  • Experience in the manufacturing or printing industry is an advantage
