Program & Project Management: Strong experience in managing complex IT projects, preferably in retail or supply chain domains.
Expertise in project planning, resource management, budget control, and milestone tracking.
Retail & Supply Chain Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of retail distribution management processes, including inventory control, warehousing, logistics, and supply chain planning.
Familiarity with Oracle Retail products, including Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS), Oracle Retail Warehouse Management System (RWMS), and Oracle RDM.
Stakeholder Engagement: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage relationships with executive leadership, technical teams, and end-users.
Ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
Technical Acumen: Solid understanding of Oracle technologies, with experience in managing system integrations, data migrations, and application customisations.
Change Management: Ability to lead large-scale change initiatives and ensure user adoption of modernized systems.
Agile & Waterfall Methodologies: Proficiency in project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, with hands-on experience in tools like JIRA, MS Project, and Smartsheet.
