Job Title: Sr. Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst

Location: Englewood, CO

Duration: 11-Month Contract

Pay Rate: Up to $71 per hour

Position Summary:

We are seeking a Sr. Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst to join our team in Englewood, CO, on an 11-month contract. In this role, you will utilize your expertise to develop, coordinate, and manage integrated master plans and schedules that align with program objectives. You will ensure schedules are fully integrated both horizontally and vertically across the enterprise, and you will be responsible for tracking project schedules, performing risk analysis, resolving critical path conflicts, and evaluating schedule compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, prepare, and coordinate integrated master plans (IMP) and integrated master schedules (IMS) to align with program objectives.
  • Ensure schedules are fully integrated across projects and the enterprise.
  • Track and evaluate program plans and schedules, including earned value management and risk analysis.
  • Identify and resolve critical path and network logic conflicts using driving and critical path analysis.
  • Perform schedule health assessments and schedule risk analysis.
  • Evaluate schedule compliance and identify root causes for completion shortfalls.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to resolve scheduling issues and ensure program success.

Required Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project Professional.
  • Strong understanding of program management processes.
  • Experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS).
  • Knowledge of Critical Path Analysis, Schedule Risk Analysis, and Schedule Performance and Health Metric Analysis.
  • Ability to develop and maintain resource-loaded integrated master schedules.
  • Expertise in facilitating resource leveling and resolving critical path conflicts.
  • Experience with Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) development.
  • Foundational understanding of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) development.
  • Ability to work across multiple software systems and conduct stakeholder learning sessions.

Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of DCMA 14-point & IPMR DI_MGMT-81861 standards.
  • Understanding of Mil Standard 881.
  • Familiarity with engineering design and life cycle concepts.
  • Knowledge of DoD, government contracting, and public auditing standards and procedures.
  • Experience with Cobra software is a plus.

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of related experience.
  • Higher education may substitute for relevant experience.
  • Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education.
