Purpose
To provide premier custom service to interior designers with accurate and efficient proposal, order processing, and order expediting support using Studio Designer and other software with an emphasis on teamwork for a professional, growing business.
**Flexible hours and a hybrid remote working option after 6 months of working exclusively in the office.
Tasks to include • Enter detailed design item specifications • Obtain vendor quotes • Create client proposals • Create and place vendor purchase orders • Review vendor acknowledgements for accuracy • Follow up on all orders and record all updates • Prepare for installation • Provide reports to clients and receivers • Professional and prompt correspondence with clients and vendors • Enter all hours worked for payroll and client billing • Attend periodic team meetings
