Multi-generational family owned business is seeking a Bookkeeper Office Manager to join their team due to an out of state relocation of a long term employee. The ideal candidate will be well organized, a strong multi-tasker, and comfortable dealing with financial data in a fast paced environment. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the accounts payable and receivable, processing payroll and conducting other tasks related to finance and report to the CFO. They should be excellent at recording data and have an ability to product clear financial reports.
Responsibilities
Track expenses, budget, taxes, cash flow, receipts and other financial dealings of company
Provide regular financial reports (weekly, monthly and yearly)
Multiple account reconciliations
Monitor accounts payable and receivable
Ensure timely processing of payroll through Paychex
Qualifications
Associate's degree in accounting or related field, highly preferred not required
5+ years of experience in Accounting/Bookkeeping
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and systems
Strong organizational and analytical skills Detail oriented
Team player
