Position Objective:
Manage planning, implementation, and execution of capital projects.
Oversee project teams, budgets, schedules, and regulatory compliance.
Essential Job Duties:
Establish and implement project management processes and methodologies.
Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to meet performance goals.
Provide project management support, including planning and decision-making.
Collaborate across departments, contractors, and vendors.
Track budgets, expenses, schedules, and resources for assigned projects.
Educational/Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or 5 years of experience in construction management.
Five (5) years of experience in construction management, preferably in healthcare.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and project management software.
Preferred License/Certifications:
American Hospital Association (AHA) Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC) or equivalent.
OSHA 30 Certification.
